Eleni Chatzidaki

Eleni Chatzidaki is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Computer Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. Her research focuses on interactive learning environments, game-based learning, and the design of educational digital tools for children. She is involved in STEAM learning research projects, investigating ways to enhance learning experiences and improve engagement through technology integration.

Sofia Papavlasopoulou

Sofia Papavlasopoulou is Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. Her research focuses on the use of digital tools to support students’ learning while enhancing their interest in STEM, Computing Education and coding. Her goal is to investigate the best ways to support an interactive and engaging approach to learning activities and tools for children, design meaningful learning experiences for them.

Hannie Gijlers

Hannie Gijlers is an Associate Professor at the Department of Instructional Technology (IST), Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences (BMS), University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands. The focus of her current research is on the interaction between cognitive and communicative processes in collaborative inquiry learning environments. Her research interests involve collaborative learning, inquiry learning, and the use of ICT in education.

Tessa Eysink

Tessa Eysink is full professor on the chair Technology-Enhanced Learning and Instruction and head of the Department of Instructional Technology at the Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences (BMS), University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands. She specializes in the intersection of psychology and instructional design, with a focus on integrating gifted and talented students into regular classrooms. Her recent research emphasizes adaptive and tiered learning environments tailored to individual learner needs.

Pavlos Koulouris

Pavlos Koulouris is a Senior Researcher at the Research and Development Department of Ellinogermaniki Agogi, Athens, Greece. He is responsible for the design, implementation, and exploitation of the results, of research and innovation projects in the wider field of education. Among his areas of focus are bridging formal and informal learning, open schooling, learning technologies, and game-based learning.
